Publisher may not register or purchase domain names including PomodoroPenguin, PomodoroPenguin.com, Opera Gobbler, OperaGobblerBooks.com or any misspellings or variations. Publishers promoting in this manner will immediately be removed from the Affiliate Program and all associated transactions will be reversed.

Publishers may not promote Pomodoro Penguin or Opera Gobbler Books on a website that contains any form of misleading, defamatory, obscene, adult, bigoted, illegal, software, spiderweb marketing, or any content deemed offensive by Opera Gobbler Books.

Self-placed orders are ineligible for commission. Placing orders through your own affiliate link will result in commission reversal and/or removal from the program.

Publishers may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program.
